In all probability your initial call will be answered by my voicemail. I am often
with clients (or driving) and cannot pick up the phone immediately. Please leave
a message and I will return your call when I can give you my undivided attention.

When leaving a message (or sending email) to inquire about new service,
please provide me with the following information:
1. your name, location, and phone number
2. your pet's name and species
3. the service you are interested in: dog walking or pet sitting.
4. the dates of the service needed.

By providing me with this information I am able to respond to your inquiry with the highest quality of service. I will get back to you to answer any questions you might have or to set up a complimentary "get to know you" visit to meet you and your pet(s).

If you are a current client, don't forget to keep me updated when your contact information changes. And feel free to contact me at any time if you there needs to be a change to your dog walking or pet sitting service.
